KELLY BOEHMER
Kelly is licensed Realtor and partners with Linda as team leaders for The Boehmer Team. She is a life-long resident of St. Charles. Kelly has over 20 years or real estate in both brokerage selling new construction for local homebuilders and assisting buyers in building the perfect home for their current and future needs. This experience has helped her in recognizing quality features and values that are important to today’s buyers and sellers. Kelly is involved in the St. Louis Home Builders Association and is recognized as a Certified Marketing Professional and Master Certified New Home Sales Person with the National Association of Homebuilders. Kelly is also New Construction Certified through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties. This extensive experience and training allows her to work with her team to provide professional marketing for the home you are selling and extensive knowledge to assist you in the home-buying process. Kelly is a long-time top contributor to Sunshine Kids organization for kids with cancer and is a recipient of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties Core Values Award. She has also been the recipient of numerous sales, service, and industry awards including National Sales and Marketing Rookie of the Year and St. Charles Magazine professional recognition “40 Under 40.”
LINDA BOEHMER
Linda is a licensed Realtor and recognized as a Broker/Salesperson by the State of Missouri. She partners with Kelly as team leaders for The Boehmer Team. Linda has over 20 years experience in home sales with many of those years selling new home construction and as a vice President of Sales and Marketing for top producing local home builder. During her years in the real estate and new homes industry, she has learned that unparalleled personal service and dedication to her clients has been the foundation of her business and her success. This continued commitment, combined with the state of the art technology and superior marketing tools exclusive to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties, allows her clients the finest real estate experience when buying and selling a home. Linda is a member of the St. Louis Home Builders Association and is recognized as a Certified Marketing Professional, Master Certified New Home Sales Person, and Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM). PAT BASTUNAS
Pat is a licensed Realtor and Listing Coordinator for The Boehmer Team. Pat was the "Rookie of the Year" for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties in 2009. In 2010 she finished in the top 20 in Listings, Sales and Closed Business for her company. In 2011 she finished 2nd in Individual Sales and Closed Business for her office. In 2013 and 2014 Pat received the Five Star Professional Exceptional Servivce Award from St. Louis Magazine. Pat is very active with the Sunshine Kids, a charity that assists children with cancer. In addition Pat is a member of the National Association of REALTORs, the Missouri Association of REALTORs and the St. Charles Association of REALTORs. Pat is also Marketing Assitance Certified with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Relocation Services. Pat currently resides in Lake St. Louis with her husband, son and dog. When not doing real estate she attends her son's college baseball games and likes to garden.
STEPHANIE PUSZKAR
Stephanie works as a Buyer Specialist for The Boehmer Team. Her reputation for great customer care and vast industry knowledge have endeared her to many of The Boehmer Team's home buying clients. Stephanie is a St. Louis area native who lives in St. Charles with her fiance, two kids and her cat, Mr. Kitty. When not serving her real estate clients she enjoys anything outdoors, especially boating and watching football.
KRISTIN TEMPLETON
Kristin is a Buyer Specialist for The Boehmer Team that has over 18 years of real estate experience. She has been the proud recipient of the 5 Star Service Award twelve times for excellence in customer service. Her past experience helping new construction home buyers has earned her awards from the Home Builders Association of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri. She currently lives in St. Charles County with her husband, Phil, her big dog, and a tiny cat. She has three grown children: Connor, Anna, and Michael. When not serving real estate clients you can find Kristin reading, hiking, traveling, at yoga, playing tennis or at Bible study.
DEANNA LUSS
Deanna is a licensed REALTOR® and a buyer specialist for The Boehmer Team. Deanna has spent 20+ years in sales and customer care. Customer service is of the utmost importance to her and the team. Deanna is a member of the National Association of Realtors and The St. Charles Association of Realtors. She has trusted her license with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties for the last four years. Deanna is a dedicated contributor to the Sunshine Kids for kids with cancer and MS Society. She currently lives in Lake St. Louis with her husband, two children, and dog Tank. When she is not serving real estate clients, you can find Deanna with her children, traveling, or doing anything outside!
JILL BYLANDER
As the New Construction Contract Coordinator for The Boehmer Team, Jill does an amazing job ensuring our new construction clients are taken great care of. Jill grew up in Wenztville and has built a home there with her husband, Jon, young daughter, Josie and Min Pin/Beagle mix named Jackie. In her free time she likes playing sand vollyeball.
JOAN DeSPLINTER
Joan is a life-long resident of St. Charles and serves as the Marketing Assistant for The Boehmer Team. She assists with all aspects of marketing including on-line enhancements, print marketing, and special projects. Joan retired from the St. Charles School District after 26 years of working with Special Education Students. She enjoys working to provide the maximum exposure for all of The Boehmer Team listed properties.
JEN THEISMAN
Jen is our organized and dedicated Administrative Assistant. She brings 28 years experience in customer service to The Boehmer Team. She attended the University of Missouri-St. Louis and is a lifelong resident of the metro area. She has lived in Wentzville for the past 15 years with her husband and three sons. Jen is a huge animal lover and has two dogs named Maggie and Jack. When she is not working she is busy going to baseball games and practices.
